What an honor to be able to perform on the historical Petrillo Band Shell in honor of the legendary queen of the blues Ms. Koko Taylor !!  The weather was beautiful, the people were warm and the blues was hot !!  Being backed by Koko's former band The Blues Machine, was magical !!

This was a special tribute to Koko Taylor and the staged was honored to have all females performing.  Melvia "Chick" Rogers, Deitar Farr and Nora Jean Brusco all paid tribute to the divine Ms. Koko with song.
